About Sara Torrome – Compassionate Counselling for Healing and Growth

Hi, I’m Sara Torrome, a fully qualified and experienced counsellor based in Beaconsfield. I specialize in supporting individuals through the complex emotions of loss, whether it’s grief after bereavement, the pain of relationship breakdown, or the frustration and uncertainty of job loss or health challenges. I also work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and chronic illness. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can express your feelings, gain clarity, and find your path forward."

I’m a Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have completed additional training in Relationships and Infant Loss, which enables me to work with adults who have experienced loss in these areas. You can read more about my qualifications under FAQ.

Session Details and Pricing

I offer 50-minute sessions for counselling, which are tailored to your unique needs and can be held in person in Beaconsfield, online, or by phone. Sessions are priced at £70 for individuals and £90 for couples. Payment is made in advance via BACS.
